Cook in your beautiful kitchen, eat in the mid-century modern dining room, relax in the gorgeous living room, chill by the fire at your outside fire pit, or create your own custom artwork in the basement. Each ArtStay home features a different local artist for an inspiring and unique experience but never compromises on consistent and comfortable accommodations.

Military kid visit

The owner was very responsive. Sent someone out to fix the overhead garage door very quickly. The house was just as described, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Would stay there again.

nice little house

We came to town for the WGI world championships and stayed here with family. It was perfect for our needs. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable! There was a little bit of noise from the roadway in front of the house, but as long as it wasn’t a Harley, it really didn’t bother us :-) The location turned out to be a Stonesthrow from anywhere we had to be. The owner/manager was great with excellent communication. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit at night but next time.

Spring Break in Dayton

We were looking for a place to stay while the kids were on Spring Break and this house was perfect. The kids loved the art room in the basement and we had plenty of space.

Exactly as Pictured

The location was great as it was near some great restaurants and it was close to the air force museum. The price was also very reasonable. The house was just right for a men's retreat.

Location was great for our visit to the University of Dayton. Host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. We appreciated the use of the garage for parking our car.

Very Cozy

We very much enjoyed our stay. We rented this property for family for a graduation and it was the perfect location for us. The host was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to messages.

Great Communication

I booked this stay on behalf of our company because we had some employees coming into town for training. The communication with the host was wonderful, and I appreciated that they took the time to check in half way through the stay to ensure everything was going well.
