Overnight assistance may be limited for non-emergency matters if the provided instructions were not reviewed.
Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly! Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional fees may apply). Due to severe allergies, cats are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip.
Parking & Entry Instructions For easy access, please enter the building through the back door, located behind the property. Simply pull into the driveway and park in your designated garage spot, which corresponds to the unit you rented—this will be your parking space for the duration of your stay.
Bringing a second vehicle? Please do not park in another guest's garage spot. Instead, use the street parking along the front of the building.

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, making this home ideal for business travelers, couples, traveling professionals, or guests visiting family in the Dayton area.
As the owners of the entire building, we take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and thoughtfully decorated space—one we would happily stay in ourselves.
Prime Location The apartment is located in a well-maintained residential neighborhood just 1.5 blocks from The Greene Towne Center, offering more than 125 restaurants, bars, upscale shopping, and entertainment options. You are also minutes from I-675, downtown Dayton, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, making this an excellent choice for both short and extended stays.
Modern Comforts The space has been recently updated with new flooring, a renovated bathroom, stylish décor, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals.
Guest Verification & Fees The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay.
Pet Policy One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.
Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.
Same-Day Bookings Reservations made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM may require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs. We do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations whenever possible.
