The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a residence. The two balconies with sun loungers extend the interior living space and invite you to dream. It features a 25m² private, secure garage for your vehicle. It comprises: - a beautiful entrance hall with large closets, - a spacious living room with a lounge (TV, stereo, Wi-Fi), dining room, - a fully equipped separate kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), - a bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190), - a bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet. - A second bedroom (with a double bed, 140x190) can be added upon request for a maximum capacity of 3 people (€12 supplement per night).
