Welcome to your cozy mountain home-away-from-home—perfect for a romantic couple’s retreat or a small family getaway. Tucked just five miles from Timberline Mountain and Canaan Valley Resort State Park, this inviting two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath duplex offers easy access to some of the area’s best skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventure. National Forest trails are just steps away, with even more scenic routes a short drive from your front door.







Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with contemporary furnishings and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The open main level features a comfy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining space for gathering, and a well-equipped kitchen that makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable. You’ll also find a convenient half bath and laundry area on this level, adding extra comfort to your stay.







Upstairs, there are two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queens—making it easy to sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bath, while the second full bath is located in the hallway.







Outside, relax under the stars in the six-person hot tub, perfectly sized for your group. And yes, you can bring your pup along for the fun—this home allows one well-behaved dog. Perfect Getaway

The house was cozy and stocked with everything we neeeed for a restful weekend in the snowy mountains. Davis and Thomas are cute little towns to visit and we would absolutely come back!

Nice Long Weekend

Hot tub was a real plus since we did not have the snow we really wanted for crosscountry skiing. Size was perfect for our family. We were concerned about going with a duplex, but we heard nothing from the folks next door.

Renter beware this is a duplex NOT a single family home

I have never left a bad review before today. I rented “Quiet Snow” to get away from the noise of the city for a weekend. I wanted a quiet house in the woods but what I ended up next to was inconsiderate neighbors in an attached duplex with paper, thin walls that played thumping music well after dark. It was a total waste of money and time. I messaged the owner through VRBO the second day and never heard back. Other complaints I had to go to a rental office to check in before driving to the property which was annoying after driving all day. I had to drive our trash to a second location which was gross. Overall I’m just really disappointed that this was a duplex and not a whole house. The picture of the property from the front is taken in such a way that obscures the second door from view by using a bush/tree to hide it. It feels sneaky and wrong.

Not worth the cost.

Grill did not work and was falling apart. I called property manager and was told they would be there to replace or fix, they never came. Patio's were filthy with mildew and piles of leaves.
