"The only reason I booked this hotel was the pool. Fast forward to check in and the pool isn’t “functioning”. Mind you we stared at a running pool with clear water all week but a chain on the gate. I immediately asked to be able to use the pool from the same chain right down the street and was told no. So I took it up the chain to Holiday Inn Customer Care who said a ticket was started and someone would be in touch with options/resolution within 24hrs. Never heard another word. Needless to...

"I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet.
