    *Walk 1 block down to the East Village and find plenty of shopping, live music, restaurants, bars, and a winery. *Access to the local bike path running along the Mississippi River!

The check in was super easy. The location is great. 2 block walk to the east village with a lot of restaurant, shops and bars. It was a great stay for a golf weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The communication from the host was excellent and the property was just as described. The home was clean and welcoming and in a very fun area.

The space was a perfect fit for our group of 8 who came to celebrate my son’s graduation from Augustana College. We loved being in the neighborhood, walking distance to so many places to eat or grab a drink! The house was very clean and anything that was needed was addressed immediately. Super friendly and helpful host!! Stay here if you’re looking for a great stay in the Village of East Davenport!

This was a wonderful place to stay for the Quad Cities area. It's easily walkable to East Village and there are a bunch of great places to visit there. It's also within walking distance to the Riverfront Trail which was also a plus. The house was great and easy to access with easy parking. Communication with the host was also quick and easy and they even made sure to let us know ahead of time that their lawn care people were going to be there. The house was well furnished with lots of supplies which was appreciated. If we stay in the area again, we would easily keep this place in consideration!

This was just the right space for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday! There was plenty of space to prepare food and gather. The bedrooms were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Thanks for the stay!

The house worked out great to host family and some of the wedding party for our daughter’s wedding. Enough space for everyone to hang out and relax together. Great location.

If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Also I would not bring children. Major safety issues. It's a nice old house. But it does need a serious deep clean

This home was spacious and clean. It is a 125-year-old home, nicely updated, but definitely lived like an older home, Not in a bad way at all. You can’t beat the location! The host was accommodating and the house was well appointed with coffee and toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

Bix 7 weekend

My family came in from Texas for the Bix. I am originally from Davenport and my parents are still living close to this property. I found it very homey, clean and easy acces to everywhere.

Trip to see son in college

This house is wonderful. The location is great. You can walk to a lot of places and it is very safe. It’s a short trip to anywhere in town and the house is great. I highly recommend this property.

Great house

This house was perfect for our needs. Great location, plenty of room and very clean. The host is very accommodating and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for the four of us and could have easily accommodated more people. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was right around the corner from all the shops, restaurants and bars in the Village of East Davenport. Every morning we would walk down to the delicious coffee shop and stroll down by the riverfront. The property had everything we could want, was very clean, and the location was perfect. The owner was excellent at communicating things we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
