The host seemed welcoming I did message the host as soon as we arrived to be sure that the host was aware of things that were not exactly right when we arrived or were previously damaged and I was told to not worry about telling them unless we damaged something. I paid the extra money for pool heat and that was a joke. We paid for heat for 10 days, was told it takes time to heat up, was able to use the pool only 3 days because we checked the pool temp and it was 61,63,64,64,68 and finally got to 70 degree that last day….in my mind 70 degrees is not warm for pool heat. I do understand that it was cold overnight , but that was why we paid for the heat , we thought it would be warmed and stay warm. The host was happy to tell me it reached 70 degree for one day and said see it just takes time to get up to heat, the next day it was cold again. DONT PAY THE EXTRA FOR POOL HEAT, IT IS A JOKE. Lastly, my fault for sure, but there isn’t a main floor bedroom you can use. I looked at the photos and assumed there was a main level bedroom for people with limitations it was very difficult to handle upstairs bedroom only.
