Really enjoyed our stay

We had such a lovely stay at this home in Watersong. We really enjoyed being in a gated community and loved having access to the resort amenities, especially as there was no extra cost to use them. The home was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing Florida vacation. The welcome goodies were such a thoughtful touch after travelling — milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, cereal, cookies, and chips were all waiting for us on arrival. It made settling in so much easier. We would definitely stay again!

Great vacation spot

We just spent 11 days in this home with my mother-in-law and some friends. The house has great space and great furniture for hanging out together. Pool heat was perfect as we spent most of our time in it. We would definitely book this home again.

Spacious home

This house is very spacious and gives everyone their own space. The pool area was amazing and the kids and adults enjoyed it. There were a few things that we needed assistance with during our stay and the managers response time was amazing. Things got handled very quickly which was much appreciated.

I was very pleased with this vacation home. For it being short notice, booking was very easy and simply. I have no complaints at all. Rooms were all very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great to relax in. I would recommend this house for anyone with a big family or group of friends.

Great Covid friendly property

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had enough bedrooms to easily fit 9 of us. It was outfitted with all the necessities needed for two families to stay the week. Perfect for an easy and Covid friendly New Year’s Eve with lots of entertainment -we loved the pool and spa and the game room activities. Fairly close to the theme parks and an easy drive to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful Home- Very satisfied with accommodations

This house was everything I hoped for and more. I traveled with 6 adults & 4 children. We had more than enough space. The house is beautifully decorated. Can't wait to plan our trip to Florida. We will definitely booked this house again. I highly recommend if you are looking for that "home away from home" feeling while on vacation .

What a great home in Davenport!!!

We stayed in this home with half of a College softball team for a tournament we do in FL every year... The house was awesome and the host was even greater!!! Everything is exactly as listed and we had a great stay... We will definitely be booking this home again in the future! Thanks for having us... Chestnut Hill College Women's Softball

Vacaciones Perfectas en Familia

La casa es espectacular, 5 habitaciones perfecto para nuestro grupo de 6 adultos y 4 niños. El barrio no es muy grande, y muy tranquilo, con una zona clubhouse con piscina y juegos para niños, estaba perfecto para nuestras hijas de 3 y 1 año. La piscina de la casa estuvo perfecta, tuvimos algunos días muy fríos e igual se mantuvo el agua con buena temperatura. Destaco la rapidez en la respuesta del equipo White Rose Villas. Siempre respondieron instantaneamente y nos ayudaron a resolver todas las dudas y el pago de los adicionales. Eso después lo vimos en la organización de la comunicación, lo práctico para el check in y check out. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente, se congeló la tubería y no teníamos agua caliente un día que hicieron 4 grados bajo cero y una persona del equipo estuvo en la casa en menos de 15 minutos para ayudarnos a resolver el tema. La ubicación estaba perfecta para nosotros equidistante entre Legoland y Disney. Para Universal por ahi está un poco lejos.

Absolutely beautiful

Everything was perfect! The house was absolutely beautiful & well decorated, as well as very large & spacious. It had pretty much everything we needed. We loved having multiple tvs. Lisa was great at communicating with me if I had any questions & she even recommended some things to do in the area which we truly enjoyed doing. The community pool area was so awesome! If you stay here, you need to check it out. Everyone that worked there was super friendly! Take advantage of it!

The neighborhood was great. House size was nice. Pool heated was perfect. Wish we could regulate the temperature just a little bit. Need a few updates. Kitchen oven hinges off. Rip in screen in pool area. Needs a good deep cleaning and details. Property manager nice and helpful

We loved this home!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids and grandkids. The house is gorgeous and just as advertised. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the spaciousness of the pool area, and game room. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed for dining, there were beach towels available as well as an entire closet of clean bath towels, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the house was comfortable. The management was attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood (Watersong) is a beautiful community, with tree-lined sidewalks and lots of beautiful foliage. The clubhouse has further amenities, and some of our group enjoyed using the fitness room. Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. I highly recommend!

Dirty and Nasty Villa

We arrived to a villa full of flies, smelly and dirty! All bedrooms and bathrooms were full of huge flies. Garbage had not been removed for days! There were 200 flies around the BBQ grill! The grill hadn’t been cleaned. Roaches were everywhere! Not enough bath towels for everyone and beach towels all had holes. Only 8 utensils in villa that can sleep 12 persons comfortable. We have called more than 15 times and as of today’s date 2 weeks later not a response. Villa Grande is in need of some TLC and cleaning. We want the Owners to know that the property is not well looked after and that they should spend some more moneys on the Villa.

Suitable for family! ❤️

My family & I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, cozy & fairly well maintained. I did not give it a 5 star for 2 reasons. Reason 1: in the photos, there were 2 rooms with bunk beds and a full size or maybe a twin sized bed, but upon our arrival one of those rooms was missing a bunk bed. The top part of the bunk was missing. 😕That caused a problem because we calculated each bed for each family member to sleep, so on the 1st night, we had to improvise & it was a bit of an inconvenience. Reason 2: the a.c had to remain on 74°, no lower & that was an issue. I found myself sweating a few times & overnight. I don’t recall the a.c turning on more than twice. We followed the rule as it was listed & did not adjust the temperature any lower. We used the ceiling fans to somewhat cool us down, but it wasn’t ideal. I think the house may need an additional HVAC system, for each level. Nevertheless, the experience wasn’t a bad one. If those 2 issues weren’t present, I’d rate the stay a 5 star, because otherwise, it felt like a home away from home. 🙂
