📌 GUEST ACCESS :
A friendly reminder that smoking, hosting events or parties, and bringing pets are strictly prohibited on this property.

To ensure the careful upkeep of our unit, a security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon your departure, subject to a property inspection.

Subdivision Policy Update:
Our Home is conveniently situated within the tranquil gated, peaceful and secure community of Diamond Heights Subdivision with complete amenities. Guests are welcome to use the subd amenities like Swimming pool. Access is permitted from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, subject to a ₱200 Fee per-person.

For other request of an EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT are subject to availability and prior arrangement with an additional fee of 350/hr.

For safety and security entry to the property requires presenting of valid identification to the on-duty guard or Staff. For enhanced security, a surveillance camera has been installed to monitor the entry and parking area.

We kindly request that only the guests declared on the reservation have access to the property and stay overnight.

As a tropical destination it is essential to be aware that bugs and ants might occasionally find their way into the premises. Rest assured we have stringent and eco friendly pest control services to minimize such occurrences to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
