"First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. "The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance."
