"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."

"The rooms were average. My air conditioning unit made noise all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush Told management and the lady at the desk asked me “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO” I can’t stay in a room that the toilet don’t flush. We don’t have anything. The elevator reeked of urine with dirty carpet. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes. They didn’t have any extra to give because they were not clean."

"Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room."

"No breakfast, Ac was hard pressed to cool mid day. It did fine at night. Room was clean. Ordered the dish pack which was nice, but if you have a family “kids”you will definitely need more. Overall a great stay for the price. "

"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

"I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I...

"We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there."
