Esta casa es un nuevo alquiler para 2020. Ain't Life Grand es una casa de 1800 pies cuadrados ubicada en el lado de Mississippi Sound de Dauphin Island. Esta casa es muy especial porque tiene una playa privada en Mississippi Sound y una piscina a nivel del suelo. El lado "golfo" de la isla está a solo 7-10 minutos a pie o en un carrito de golf de 2-3 minutos. La casa ha sido recientemente renovada. En el alquiler se incluyen 5 kayaks de mar, incluidos kayaks individuales, en tándem y para niños, para explorar los canales y el sonido. Dauphin Island es considerada la capital del atardecer del sur y Ain't Life Grand tiene algunas de las mejores vistas de las puestas de sol en la isla.

Para el pescador, Ain't Life Grand tiene un puesto de amarre para su bote y manejará un bote de hasta 28 pies. El sonido está lleno de trucha moteada, pez rojo, platija, cola triple, ling (cobia), cangrejos, camarones y mucho más. El diseño de la casa es de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños. El principal tiene un baño conectado y una cama queen. La habitación 1 también tiene una cama queen y la habitación 2 tiene 2 juegos de literas. Ambas habitaciones disponen de baño compartido con ducha y bañera. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.

Afuera tiene una gran terraza alrededor de la piscina, una ducha al aire libre fría y caliente, acceso a la playa y debajo de la casa hay una parrilla de gas para cocinar sus capturas y el kayak de mar.

Puede alquilar la mayoría de los botes de cualquier tamaño para la pesca, cruceros, observación de delfines, etc. Y también puedes alquilar botes en el puerto deportivo de Dauphin Island.

Ain't Life Grand también incluye todas las líneas, Dish TV vía satélite e internet de alta velocidad.

John was great host with excellent communication. House was clean and had everything we needed. I rated as good and not excellent b/c the kitchen was a little rough, it could use some TLC and the lighting could use a few dimmer switches. But that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at Ain’t Life Grand! This was our first time on the bayside rather than the gulf, and we loved it. The calm, shallow waters and little beach area were perfect for our kids. We enjoyed daily walks along the shoreline, and the golf cart made it easy to explore the island and visit the gulf side, just down the road.The house was very clean, and the upper deck—accessible from both the living room and bedrooms—was a favorite spot for our family to relax. Our kids especially loved the pool, and having kayaks available was such a nice bonus.John was an excellent host, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location

Great bay location. We now prefer the bayside of the island. Quiet and peaceful beach right in front the house. Get the golf cart, so fun to drive all over the island in it. Pool is such a great option when waves are rough or you are tired of the sand. Kids loved hitting the beach in the am and the pool in the afternoon.

We enjoyed this house so much. The bay / pool combo was incredible for us! We had direct beach access with no harsh waves or crowds. Plus the pool for when we were sick of the sand. And the gulf side was about a 2 minute golf cart ride away.The added golf cart rental is a MUST. We didn’t use the cars at all once we were there and put quite a few miles on that golf cart just touring the island. The sunsets were unreal on that beautiful back porch!And for those with young kids, there is an iron fence with gates around the pool now which was a huge bonus for us with a curious toddler. John was super helpful with check in and when we had bad weather moving in. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful vacation! It was the perfect spot perfect spot for privacy on our own little beach. We saw so many sea creatures from hermit crabs, blue crabs, seeing stingrays and dolphins!

Definitely Grand!

This was our second time staying in this home. It does not disappoint...lots of room to spread out. With the heat, we were mostly in the pool. There were all kinds of floats to use and toys to play with. The beach is perfect and only a few steps away. We saw sting rays, alot of hermit crabs and dolphins twice! Hoping to be back next year!

Perfect beach vacation!

We had the perfect beach week at this amazing property. Our daughter and her friend went from the beach, to the pool, to the kayaks, to shell finding, to searching for hermit crabs. There was so much to do without even leaving the house. We will be back for sure. It was a fantastic week!

Amazing!!!!

We loved our time on DI!!! This house was perfect for family. It is decorated beautifully, but still comfy and beachy! The pool and private beach in your backyard is awesome! The pool is gated and safe for little ones. There is access to the Gulf side beach just across the street from the neighborhood. It's a short walk, but the golfcart made it a lot easier. Driving the golfcart made exploring the island, running errands, and getting snow cones way more fun!! John was a great host! We will definitely be back!!

Spring Break

John is an amazing host! He set the expectations before we arrived. The house was right on the water with plenty of water toys. The pool was wonderful but would have loved a few loungers for sun bathing. We are from the Midwest so we were not familiar with the area. John helped and his recommendations were great but we found taking the ferry to Fort Morgan and going to Publix was better for us than Greers grocery. Our kiddos have a few allergies and Publix had more choices. I feel the best part of this trip was how laidback it was and you have no choice but to disconnect and stay in the moment. Our kids loved the freedom of being able to explore while feeling safe. Thank You John & family!

Wonderful trip

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the go cart and highly recommend renting it. We had some issues with the pool heating and kayak but they were resolved very quickly. Communication with John was impressive and we are looking forward to staying again!

The property was just perfect for our family . The beach , pool and view were amazing ! You even had a view of the beach and bay from 2 of the bedrooms, which also had glass doors opening to the upper deck. The pictures can’t possibly do it justice.
