Private house, natural setting, close to everything! - At Last

At Last is a true Islander's paradise. It is set in the natural pines of Dauphin Island, great for bird watching, and close to everything you will want to experience on the island! The house is a beautiful home built in 2022 and tastefully furnished. The living room has a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling that sets the tone for the entire home. The natural lighting and view of the woods create a wonderful ambiance. The furnishings are complete and provide you and your travelers the space and setting to truly relax into your beach vacation.

The outdoor spaces at At Last are also incredible, with a screened-in porch that also includes privacy/sun shades to make sure you can enjoy the outdoors in all weather. You will find TVs on both the back porch and the downstairs outdoor hangout space below the house, where you will also have a gas grill.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.

The house was fabulous. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was always quick to respond, and the area was quiet and peaceful. My family loved the screened in porch! It is very close to the middle beach access but sadly that was closed during our stay, but nothing on the island is far away so we chose another beach access. I would highly recommend staying here, it was great for families!

Great stay

The place was clean and very quiet. Only had one issue where they think the neighbors are using the ping pong table we came back late and someone was under the house playing ping pong and scared us a bit but never heard anything the rest of our stay, loved the covered deck and TVs all over. One of the best stays we have had

A luxury home that feels like a treehouse.

Beautifully designed and appointed. Excellent location, thoughtfully laid out design, perfect for the vacationer at the beach. Hoses on both sides of the parking area to rinse off your feet / shoes. Incredible seating area below and above on the screened deck. Stairs in front and back of the property. Excellent appliances. Super comfy beds. The views from every window were of gorgeous pine tree canopies. An excellent Weber charcoal grill at the lower level. A gas cooktop and dual oven in the kitchen. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Family vacation im

It was a beautiful home, perfect location and basically had everything we needed. I loved the big screened in back porch with tv. It was perfect for my grandson to run around and not worry about any bugs getting him. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect home for our family vacation

We loved the indoor and multiple outdoor living spaces. The house very clean and had all the conveniences we needed. It was our first time to Dauphin Island and we will definitely be back again!
