The property was very nice with a beautiful view of the beach that I really enjoyed. It was overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. The space was clean and matched the photos, and the setting was peaceful. I appreciated the stay and would consider coming back.

Family vacation

Over all we enjoyed our trip. Loved the space in the room. Only downfall was there was a lot of termites and they kept getting into our place because the slidding door kept cracking open no matter how you closed it. And they were coming in threw the cracks. Will add a photo of the crack with termites coming in. Once we were able to tape it that helped keep them out. Definitely appreciated that Tim came by after i messaged him about the termites to check on us. We did like how close the beach was and how we had pools also.

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful well kept property. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking enjoyable. The balcony views are spectacular. The community is quiet and family oriented . The amenities are well maintained and the complex is very clean. The unit is quite spacious and my party of 5 adults were comfortable.

Love this condo.

Love the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. So spacious. Could have been cleaned just a little bit more. Hair was on 2 of the bathroom floors and hair on the bed in the front bedroom. I would definitely stay here again if we visit the island again.

Enjoyed it!

First time to Dauphin Island with my family and little one and we enjoyed it! We enjoyed the condo as well. Clean with great view. Definitely enjoyed the laid back environment on and off the beach compared to the busier beaches. Will definitely return!

Beautiful beach and Stay

The beach is absolutely beautiful, uncommercialized and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were very clean. The Condo floor could stand a good mopping. Our children's bare feet were black after they walked and played on it. The condo needs a little updating and more comfortable chairs, but we will stay here again if possible.

Nice place to stay

The unit was well equipped and clean. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Only suggestion would be to have more trash bags and toilet paper in each unit, had to go out and buy these. Nice pool and beach not crowded.

Great family getaway

Beautiful, spacious condo right on the beach. Comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a baby. Pool was nice and we'll maintained. The condo was close to everything on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful beach front condo

This property is a great place to stay Being gated, it insures easy parking.. There was an electric grill on our balcony that we were able to use and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had comfy beds for rest at the end of the day. The beach and rwo pools were so much fun and no bored kiddos, there were even beach toys to use. The beach location is close walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Great if beach is your goal.

No issues with booking and pre-arrival communication. Everything was pretty well taken care of, so did not have a reason to contact property management during stay. Property was clean, and most everyone staying there was just polite and there to relax. This is not an entertainment district by any means, but great food available on the island and some activities/attractions available. There is also the ferry if you need to run to the other side of the bay.

Overall Good Experience

Condo is well situated on the island with a lovely view of the gulf. Layout of rooms and bathrooms was great for bringing our adult children and family. Pools and yards were perfect and very well maintained. Minor maintenance issues (stuck sliding doors, closet lightbulb out) and had to contact management twice before getting a response. Dauphin Island is relaxing for adults, but not many touristy things to do to appeal to teens and children.

Nice Condo, for a Condo

Was a great stay -- no real issues with the condo, but having been accustomed to private houses, this was nice for a Condo -- long haul to the beach, but still very nice. Several aged areas, but nothing alarming - gave a list that hopefully Maintenance will address. Found it odd that no place on the Island has a nice sit down breakfast - despite many locations' websites touting, "breakfast from 8am to 11am", those called haven't served breakfast in over a year -- maybe a testament to being, "on island time?!?"

Beach club

Upon arrival we found the window in the kids bedroom busted out and covered with trash bags. We tried to reach out to the owners and management company multiple times and nothing was done to make it safer. Large prices of glass were left exposed. We were unable to allow the children to enter or stay in the room designed for them. Won’t stay at any unit under this management company again.
