Gullf Delantero. PISCINA DE 5 HABITACIONES !!!!

Nuevo en nuestro programa de alquiler, esta nueva y única casa en una isla con vista al golfo con su propia piscina, cuenta con un maravilloso plano de planta, con sala, comedor y cocina abiertos con toneladas de espacio para el entretenimiento, y es solo un cinco minutos a pie de la playa del golfo. La gran cocina, con todas las comodidades del hogar, cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gran cantidad de gabinetes y espacio de almacenamiento. La casa tiene cinco habitaciones, cuatro baños. Bonitas baldosas de cerámica con aspecto de madera están en toda la casa. El baño principal con cama king y baño grande frente a la playa. El segundo dormitorio tiene un rey, el tercer dormitorio tiene un rey y el cuarto cuatro, arriba, tiene 2 camas matrimoniales / queen, y es perfecto para los niños., El dormitorio 5 tiene un rey. 3 habitaciones king abajo. Una habitación king arriba, una habitación con 2 reinas arriba. Hay televisores en todas las habitaciones e Internet inalámbrico. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, y los baños tienen encimeras de granito y cuarzo, y hay un bonito lavadero grande. Muy espacioso, con aproximadamente 2,500 pies cuadrados de área habitable, el área habitable tiene un techo de tres hojas, todos los demás techos son de 10 pies. La sala de estar y las áreas de comedor y cocina están abiertas y bien ventiladas para maximizar las vistas del golfo. Arriba tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños. ¡La cubierta lateral del golfo con piscina está cubierta y tiene un área abierta hacia abajo que da al golfo que es perfecta para los niños y para tomar el sol! La casa está ubicada en el sendero para bicicletas de toda la isla y está convenientemente a poca distancia de restaurantes, bares y tiendas de regalos.

The house was great but getting to the beach was a bit of a hassle having to walk a ways after leaving the dock then around a body of water to reach the shore line. The house had a few issues, fridge light out, primary on the lower level the light was flashing and could not be used, needs more soap than what was provided, rough sheets. Overall we had a great time!

Amazing location. Beautiful home. Family of 12 comfortable.

The house is in an amazing location.Getting to the beach is super easy.The pool was perfect for the two Littles when we didn’t wanna go all the way down to the beach there were 10 adults for reference and we all had plenty of space. The house is very clean and decorated adorably! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, coffee makers etc.We overall had a fantastic week there. The upstairs air conditioner broke while we were there and they sent somebody out to fix it. There are things on the house that need to be maintained between visits and they maybe did not have a chance.There were a lot of loose boards by the pool especially right where the kids got in and out.There were absolutely zero condiment shelves on the door of the refrigerator ( all missing) and the ice-maker was completely broken through the bottom. So with 12 people Refrigerator space & /ice was difficult. A door knob about to fall off ,a closet that would only open on one side those type of irritating little things. When your spending 6,000 approx for a week stay you’d appreciate things being ready to roll.That being said we did have a fantastic week at this beautiful home. We would go back to this property but would probably be specific on asking questions before we booked.

Beachy Keen - Beachy Fun!

Location of the house was great! The “private beach” was very nice to have, even if the walk there was a bit much for coolers and older folks. The water, sand, (lack of) crowd, and crab hunting made for awesome core memories for the young ones. House was spacious with plenty of seating. TVs in bedrooms would never turn on and the hinge and wheel on the pool gate was broken, making it difficult to open and close. Overall, it was a wonderful trip in a wonderful house.

Fun holiday week with family!

Beachy Keen fit our family’s need perfectly! The open great room allowed everyone from the age of 4 months to over 70 to enjoy themselves as a group, but providing everyone a bedroom for quiet time. We loved the boardwalk to the beach and the small town feel which provided a calm and enjoyable place to spend time.

Wonderful location for family vacation!

Property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Well laid out for family to spend time together but have privacy if needed. Pool was so nice and decks were well laid out for sun and shade lounging. Beach location was perfect! Beach was clean and not crowded. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful!

Amazing house, nice boardwalk to the beach but a little longer than what we thought. House was updated. Nice furniture and lots of room. Pool alarm takes a little getting use to. Beautiful deck and pool on ocean side.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time for our 3 generation family vacation. The house was roomy and accommodating for all 9 adults with lots of room to spread out but also areas to connect and play games together. We really enjoyed starting and ending our day on the back deck. I would note that it is a bit of a walk down the shared boardwalk and then through the sand especially if you have elderly people. You also have to go down stairs from the house and then back up stairs to get on the boardwalk. The only 2 things I would say were not up to standard were the fridge/freezer and the master room king sized beds (the 2 with en-suite). The fridge side is small and missing several shelves. The freezer and ice maker were not working correctly and also missing shelves. When we asked management about it they said that the part was on order but had no idea when it would be arriving. We made 2x daily ice runs to accommodate. As far as the beds. The bed upstairs is not real supportive and may need to be replaced. The bed downstairs had a weird slope in the middle of it. The other beds were comfortable. Overall the house is nice and the beach of course beautiful. The island offers a “vibe” hard to find elsewhere.

Beautifu location poor communication

The house is stunningly beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Great location on the island. The pool heater is was not working and after emailing 1x and calling 3x about this issue we received no callback or reply. The shower upstairs backs up so even if you take a quick shower you have an inch or two of water at your feet. The deck could use to be sanded and stained, I had to pull lots of splinters out of little hands. I would 100% recommend visiting the island it was amazing. If we had communication with the property manager I would feel better about recommending the house, but from my experience if anything is wrong you’re on your own.

Great location, be careful with toddlers !

What a great location! So peaceful, and such a calm beach. Perfect for those looking to get away. There are definitely safety concerns with the property (wholes in the fencing on the second story decking front and back of the house that a child could fit through easily, broken railings around the pool deck). Inside the home, you can tell that it is a rental (mold in the bathrooms, around the air ducts, broken ice machine). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to Dauphin Island.

Just beachy!

This was a perfect family get away. We had a wonderful time. We loved the soaking pool, it was wonderful for all of us. We would definitely come back! The house was great besides the tiered deck. I believe a couple of side boards may have been missing by the steps? Our grandson who is almost 2, is obsessed with cars kept trying to climb underneath. We blocked his access but we had to watch him very closely on the back deck. The older crowd with us would have liked a handrail on the few steps. All & all a great place tho!

Great getaway for a large group!

We had four couples for this stay. It was so nice to sit on the deck with a cold beverage and talk and laugh and catch up with everyone! The house is very cute and family friendly! The internet left a lot to be desired but I think the whole island had issues in that department. Make sure you bring a beach cart to carry all your beach stuff because it’s a long walk. It’s got a nice boardwalk from the house to the beach but once the boardwalk ends you will need a cart that can go through soft sand. Our group did a lot of shell hunting and found a lot of pretty shells. We saw dolphins pretty close to shore a few times. Very cute watching them play. All in all a great house for a relaxing vacation!! We loved our stay!!

Good trip

The house is very nice and new with a good location. The house for the most part was ready but needs to be more clean in kitchen and bathrooms! Those rooms are the most important to me and they were not that clean.
