2Blessed is a wonderful gulf beachside home located just 400 feet from the beach! Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf beach from the interior of 2Blessed and from the open deck. Decorated and equipped for your comfort, 2Blessed provides free wireless internet, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, microwave, dishwasher, full sized washer/dryer and all bed linens and bath towels. 2Blessed has great beach access that is just an easy, quick 400 foot walk down Raphael Semmes Court! The living area has a wonderful Gulf view from the large sliding glass doors, comfortable furnishings and flat screen cable TV. The cozy dining table seats 8 with an additional 2 barstools at the adjacent kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, smooth top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, 12 cup automatic drip coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock-pot, electric mixer and all the pots, pans and utensils needed to create yummy Island dishes. A laundry area with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board is located just off the kitchen along with a large pantry for additional storage.

The North West bedroom of 2Blessed equipped with a Queen bed and shares access to the west full bath with the living area. Three additional large bedrooms are located on the homes east side. The large southeast bedroom is equipped with 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed, Cable TV and large sliding glass doors opening onto the homes gulf view east deck. The middle east bedroom is also equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and Cable TV. These two bedrooms are conveniently located to the full east hall bath. The master bedroom was added on to the home in summer 2017. This large room has a wonderful gulf view from the bank of south facing windows and the sliding glass doors leading onto the east gulf view deck. Equipped with a Queen bedroom, Cable TV and private full bath with tile shower, you’ll love waking up in this room! For your out of doors enjoyment, 2Blessed is equipped with 2 open sun decks – one on the south west and a larger deck on the southeast of the home.

After time at the beach enjoy the convenient outdoor shower, picnic table under the house and driveway large enough for your vehicle plus a boat/kayak trailer. 2Blessed is the rare Island home with a full fence enclosing the homes back yard. 2Blessed is pet friendly, $100/per pet fee, dogs only, limited to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. The cargo lift visible in exterior picture is not available for guest use. Well-appointed and equipped for your comfort, 2Blessed will soon become your favorite Island getaway.

Very nice place A+

Great house! Lots of room and separation/layout of rooms makes it feel like you're not on top of each other. Has all the beach amenities needed for a great time. Easy transaction with mgmt and communication is really good.

The property was amazing! The location was close to the beach and was easily accessible. The amenities were also top notch. I do think the house needs a deep cleaning, but I also imagine with all the sand it is really hard to do. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Closeness to beach was great! Sleeping accommodations were good. 3 bathrooms were wonderful for 3 families! The house was cleaned adequately for the Saturday morning switch between renters, however, the whole place could use a deep cleaning.

Great way to enjoy a holiday!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. The house is well laid out and equipped with everything needed to enjoy our time on the island. Plenty of space on the decks for the families to spread out. Comfortable and inviting. We will look to stay there again on our next adventure on Dauphin Island.

There is no high traffic road to cross to get to the beach. The property had lots of room for all of us. The property had TWO refrigerators. The property was so wonderful.

2 Blessed was perfect for our family vacation on Dauphin Island. The short walk to the beach was just as described, kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were good quality, and beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

Cute house! I was worried about the amount of space in the living room, but even with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids it worked just fine. We spent most of our time outside. Three decks! Loved that three bedrooms had a bathroom attached. Our kids spent tons of time under the house. The fence blocked the winds and they were able to play in the sand. Very short walk to beach and we had the beach to ourself’s most of our trip. Stop before the island to get food. We had trouble finding restaurants for dinner because we were a big party and lots of places were closed Monday and Tuesday. Overall, we would stay again ! Check out is early- so just be ready.

Everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay at 2 Blessed! They had a well stocked kitchen, sand toys, beach chairs, and even games/puzzles! Short walk to the beach was exactly as described. Loved our week on the island!

Beach Vacation

This was our first visit to Dauphin Island. We had a wonderful time and loved the beach. We enjoyed our stay at 2 Blessed, and give it an overall rating of 5 stars. However, we were surprised to find there was no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. We managed, but would prefer a door to the bathroom.

Very Nice!

Our family really enjoyed the home! It was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of towels and were just a short walk to the beach. We made lots of fun memories on our trip to Dauphin Island.

Perfect family getaway!

My family, from 83 year old mom to 45 year old sister loved this house! The layout was great for together time and alone time. A short walk to the beach put us in paradise! With several decks to relax on, everyone can enjoy a different view. The house is stocked with everything you need and more for a wonderful vacation!

Family Getaway

Dauphin Island was peaceful, however during the month of May we experienced Storms. The location was perfect and certainly appreciated the fenced in back yard for my pup. Loved sitting on the deck each morning drinking coffee while listening and watching the waves. So much room in this home. If I could suggest anything at all, it would be to put blinds on the living room sliding door and kitchen door so you can walk around comfortable at night and early mornings without everyone looking in. The rest of the day, you of course want to view the ocean. Other than storms, we had a great time. So very peaceful without all the hustle and bustle you find at other beach locations.

Non Vacation

The steps and yard stayed flooded for the entire visit.The fenced in yard was Also under water. The queen bed in the large back room had a large piece of memory foam for the mattress. It was hot and uncomfortable. In all fairness it stormed and rained out entire visit....Also should have researched the beach, did not realize there were 13 oil rigs in view. The best part were the people...very warm and friendly.

Family getaway on Dauphin Island

We a great family trip and our first stay on Dauphin island. We loved our house, 2 Blessed, and even though we had a leaky kitchen faucet, they were quick to get it fixed. Loved exploring the Indian mounds, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, and our ferry trip to Ft Morgan. There is a lot to do and you can bring your pups everywhere on the island! The weather was great and we enjoy the beach too.

1st Time on Dauphin Island

Location of unit was great. Fenced in yard was excellent for our animals. Island was peaceful and easy to get around. Some appliances and cookware should be replaced. Through cleaning is needed in kitchen. Sand on floors and in master bed. Would return perhaps to a more upgraded unit but still pet friendly.

Great place. Liked the little Christmas tree for the season. Short walk to the beach. Lots of space to spread out. Nicely stocked kitchen. Would have been nice to include beach towels.

Convenient to Beach

Having a fence was a dream for our dog, made things much more convenient. House was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. We ate at Skinners several times and it was as delicious as always. I would stay here again.
