"The hotel is a little tired looking. More seems to have been spent on the casino and resort. The location close to the Mindil Beach Markets is great. The pool area was a bit noisy on the weekend. The room cleaning was a little haphazard."

"The air conditioner is noise and room is not that clean, when we asked for change of room staff said fully booked but we eventually get room changed after few attempts."

"Concierge was very helpful considerate and inviting from the moment we arrived, the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms delightful and would stay again the only downfall was they would not replenish the water bottles or the small milks every day (we were there for 5 days) for the kettle in ..."
