Fully refurbished and modernised to the highest standards ready for summer 2022, we are proud to offer this one bedroom chalet for rent. Sandy Toes is located on a quiet site (no site club) close by to Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands and local amenities- a short drive away. There is a sofa bed in the living room and so one additional guest may stay (no bed linen/bedding or towels are provided for this third guest).
One small, well behaved dog is welcome- please bring your own dog bed and keep the dog off furniture. Strictly no cats allowed.
There is no electric coin meter in the chalet- cost of electric is included.
Our chalet is located on a peaceful park just a short drive from the historic and naval town of Dartmouth. It is fully equipped to enable you to enjoy a home from home experience in the glorious Devon countryside.
Immediately outside the chalet is a flat grass area, perfect for morning coffee or a sunny BBQ. All linen and towels are provided. The chalet complies with the latest fire safety legislation (October 2023).
Norton Park is a private, safe and quiet site set in the countryside with large areas of grass for walking or playing games with the family. There are also a number of picnic tables to enjoy alfresco dining or just watch the sun set.
Dartmouth is just 3 miles down the road and there is a Park and Ride 1 mile along the road making trips into Dartmouth hassle free. Norton Park has a bus stop outside the main entrance from which buses can be hailed.
