"The property was ideally placed with a fantastic view from all windows. The walk into town was easy and took approx 10 mins and the lack of parking at the property was not a problem. We found on street parking approx 5 minute walk away. I would suggest that check in instructions include the fact that the key safe immediately on the RHS of the door is no longer in use and the current one is attached to the adjacent wall. It would have saved a bit of hassle!"

"We loved our stay in Dartmouth. The place was well situated and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the river. The views from the deck were so lovely. It was the perfect place to sip a G’n’T in the early evening watching the seagulls. The two separate bathrooms were appreciated by our three generation family also. Although there was no washing machine or wifi, we would definitely stay again."

"Super warm and comfortable, tasteful apartment on the first floor. Well equiped and in a peaceful location a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Walks for our dog on the doorstep. We did hear the sound of stomping footsteps from the flat above for a couple of nights, but otherwise very quiet. Building has a long history and has plenty of character. We were very sad to leave. "This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. It is so quiet and peaceful here. The cottage is comfortable and clean and the garden, even in late Autumn, is a joy to experience. We have stayed here before and certainly intend to return."

"Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return."

"We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. It was perfectly set out giving 4 generations their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge space was brilliant. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. The host was lovely and always available by email if you needed anything."
