I would 100 % not go here again. The service is terrible. Upon arrival, we did not get any service or information. No smile, no welcome. Just a very complicated and SLOW process to check in. The people in the reception don't speak English, mostly Swahili. But even without English it is possible to smile and be welcoming. We just got the key to the room, no information about wifi, breakfast or facilities. The hotel also claimed my pre-payment was declined, and I had to call to hotels.com to convince them it was paid, for them to find it in their system.
This hotel has multiple people at work, but is badly organised. We spent five hours in the restaurant a Saturday night with not many guests with nobody coming to our table. Every time we ordered a drink or food, we had to walk up to the multiple waitresses to order. The people are not friendly, not organised well and lack basic customer service skills. Even when calling waitresses to the table, they failed to come.
This place is a huge mess and management seriously needs to consider to teach their workers basic service skills and basic human communication and respect to customers.
The food is also so random. I ordered sausages and mashed potatoes, but recieved some poorly cooked sausages and mashed potatoes on a children's plate. Super random. Due to the badly cooked sausages, I got ill while we were there.
Don't waste your money on this super random hotel without customer service.
