"Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . "

"Excelente opción para viaje de negocios "

"Menú bueno"

"The hotel itself is pleasant and very clean, but several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The location was inconvenient for our plans, as almost everywhere we wanted to visit required at least a 30–40-minute drive. Communication was also a major challenge. We encountered only two staff members who understood English, and even with translation apps, basic requests were frequently misunderstood. Service was generally very slow, with room service taking around an hour to deliver our...

"all is excelent just far from guangzhou city center "

"it is by far the worst place it’s dirty. The lobby looks like a hoarder lives there the apartments room smells sore. I don’t understand how Expedia permits them to publicize and to rent those kind of apartments to people I refuse to stay I lost $580 and Expedia could not do anything about it so I don’t suggest anybody to stay there or to reserve there. There is much better places to stay and better prices. it is by far the worst experience I ever had for Hotel accommodation and I’m very...

"The wifi was very weak. Location is good if you are going to concert at the Olympic park. 30 minutes walking distance. Beat any car ride at the end of concert trying to get back to the hotel. Shower floor was not level correctly for water draining. "

"I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...

"The hotel is in a great location — easy to get anywhere, with a subway station right downstairs. The room is stylishly designed, free of mold or any unpleasant odors, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are always warm and friendly, and they offered us helpful suggestions for our itinerary."

"Parfait bien situé propre, bien entretenu"
