The summer house is located in the quiet holiday area of Hummingen on South Lolland. Close to a fishing harbor, beach, forest, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets. Take a morning walk and spot deer, hares, or pheasants – or perhaps the little squirrel in the garden.



The property

In recent years, the house has been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, new ceilings, wooden terraces, and a new roof.



The house is 81 m² and includes two bedrooms (one with a fold-out bed for one or two people, and one with a bed that can be used as two singles or one double), a master bedroom with double bed, baby bed, and changing area, an open-plan kitchen and living room with a three-seater and two-seater leather sofa and an armchair, dining area, wood-burning stove (bring your own firewood), heat pump, TV with Chromecast, and access to both a covered and open wooden terrace.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher.

All rooms are painted in light colors.

There is WIFI in the house.



The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink.



The plot is approx. 800 m² with sunny spots and shaded areas under a large tree. Plenty of space for play and relaxation. There is a charcoal grill (bring charcoal), two sun loungers, a hammock, and a sandbox. Note: Not for commercial rental.
