"This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options...

"Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN. "

"Horrible, súper sucio y el baño se sale el agua y aparte en Cash nos cobraron dinero extra, pagando 2 habitaciones que eran cada una de 4 personas y éramos 6 personas y aún así cobro igual y aparte cobro extra pero en efectivo, HORRIBLE!! Sucioooo MALA ATENCIÓN Horrible, super dirty and the bathroom leaks water and apart from Cash they charged us extra money, paying for 2 rooms that were each for 4 people and we were 6 people and they still charged the same and apart from that they charged...

"We had no hot water the whole stay when I contacted them they took hours to get back to me and let me know that they couldn’t fix it and then say they will give me 35 return for it. Me and my children had to go our whole vacation without a shower this is the worst experience I’ve ever had."

"Its an older building and its been remodel Has the old look to it but new stuff. Room was very nice..good view to the city..this trip was a quick over night trip, looking forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy the lodge."
