"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again.

"Bar was great, friendly staff and locals. Dinner was great both nights we ate there and really good cooked breakfast to start the day. Recommend as a place to stay to explore the area. "

"We had a fantastic 10-day stay in this wonderful cottage. Sara and Jason welcomed us with a great welcome package and a heated cottage. The house is well furnitured, and many details make the stay very comfortable. Hope to come back soon. "

"Park House was just what we needed for a break. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very friendly and the food was really excellent. The room was really nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Park House as a place to stay. We will be booking again."

"A wonderful boutique hotel, exceptionally welcoming staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Food was outstanding! We were so well looked after and made to feel at home, so many personal touches from the staff, and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone! "
