The space

Trails End Cabin 2 is approximately 4 tenths of a mile from the Virginia Creeper Trail. It is located at the midpoint of the Virginia Creeper Trails 34 mile Trail stretch. It is less than 2 miles from the town of Damascus, Virginia, The Shuttle Shack bike shuttle, and approximately 9 miles from Abingdon, Virginia.

We had such a wonderful time! The cabin was just amazing; so many little details that did not go unnoticed! The host responded immediately to all of my questions beforehand! It was really a wonderful trip! Our dog loved the back porch and watching the wildlife. We were so close to everything and were minutes from our reservations for getting our bikes to ride the Creeper Trail. It worked out so well. Bed was comfy and shower was so nice. The host had so many nice amenities there for us; snacks, stocked kitchen, etc. Would love to come back! It was awesome!

Ideal cabin

I stayed for the week while my daughter was at a camp in E&H. This is the place if you’re into hiking or biking. The cabin has a wonderful deck, spacious livingroom, comfy beds and all the kitchen supplies.There were even snacks!!

GREAT CABIN!!

Our family of 5 stopped in the Abingdon/Damascus area as the first stop in our two-week East Coast roadtrip. This cabin was so perfect for our family as we attended the Barter Thester one night and rode the Virginia Creeper Trail the next day. The cabin is clean, conveniently located, and well appointed. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area!

Peaceful, Clean, and Comfy

We absolutely loved this cabin and everything about the surrounding area. The beds were all so comfy, and the back porch was so peaceful! We enjoyed watching a deer out back wander the woods two days in a row. It’s super close to town and the trail which was great. We had everything we needed and more. The cabin was stocked with various essentials for the kitchen and bathroom which was great! The hosts were very kind and even rearranged our dates since the VRBO site wouldn’t work for me. Check in and out was easy as could be. We cannot wait to go back and stay at Trails End!

Adorable Cabin

Everything was exactly as described. The setting was beautiful! Everything was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet and we wouldn’t change a thing. The host is incredibly responsive and kind. We will definitely book this gem again!

Wonderful mountain cabin!

We loved staying in this sweet little cabin. It's small, but super well stocked, clean, well organized, in a great location, and just perfect for a small group! The host was super easy to reach and helpful. I would recommend this place and re-book!!

The Perfect Stay in DaMascus!

Every Christmas, my miniature schnauzer and I will spend the holidays somewhere in a cozy cabin as a newer tradition. For our 4th round, this one is ranked at the top of our stays. The pictures are lovely but every thing looks even better in person. Especially the design and modern decor. All the amenities were solid and there’s more than enough to really enjoy your stay. The host is very friendly responsive. My dog enjoyed running around in the yard space and looking over the back patio watching out the squirrels. I wouldn’t mind choosing this cozy gem again!

Little getaway in perfect little town

We fell in love with the quaint little town of Damacus and this cabin. It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. We were welcomed with deer in the yard! Perfect weekend.

The Perfect Damascus Getaway

Could not have had a more perfect and amazing stay! After backpacking 20 miles on the AT, this cabin was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, with more amenities than we knew what to do with! Haha. The location is absolutely perfect, being so close to the Creeper Trail/Damascus, while also a very short distance from Abington. The hosts were both so friendly and made the check-in/check-out process so simple. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for your getaway!

Excellent experience

We really enjoyed our stay in the neat cabin. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. They had added amenities that we forgot to bring. They had a few snacks for us which we appreciated . They place has a few cabins near by but we couldn't hear anyone. We would like to go back again.
