"The St. Elmo is under renovation. We were upgraded to a first floor suite which was nice. However, our stay was not as pleasant as the previous year because there was no breakfast included ... not even coffee in the morning. Last year there was a marvelous breakfast, but because the hotel is under renovation, the dining area was not available. "This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view."

"One hot tub, of two was working. The room, while clean, needed some updating. Window treatments were not properly working. The television was not working. Hair dryer was not working. Cleaning staff were very helpful, when asked for extra soaps, towels, and coffees. The setting is idylic and picturesque."

"Very good for family, good breakfast but no markers on the food items, had to ask if items contain dairy, meat, eggs etc, Clean rooms, good amenities, we missed microwave for kids milk as the cafeteria was very far away, very scenic surrounded by tall mountains, close to all good eating places and hot springs.
