Free parking is available to all guests. There is a 3-car garage available as well as plenty of space on the driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

Beautiful location, OK rental.

The house was in a beautiful area with a great view of the lake. The couch was dirty, kitchen chairs had crumbs, over house was okay not exactly what i expected for such an expensive rental. The jacuzzi never got warm. The owners were great and communicated effectively.

Beautiful home for a family gathering at the holidays

This home is beautiful and made for an absolutely perfect setting for our gathering with extended family at Christmas. The enormous island with two ovens and a second full size fridge located in the garage just steps from the kitchen made prepping our holiday meal a breeze. The variety of bedrooms were just right for our group, including a main level en suite bedroom for grandparents who do not do well with stairs. The bath towels are exceptionally nice and the showers are stocked with dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The weather didn’t allow for use of the outdoor amenities but just being outside on the deck enjoying the lake view was fantastic. Retail and services of all kinds (including urgent care for a sick kiddo) are just a few minutes away - MOD Pizza and Soulman BBQ were great for some easy takeout meals. Thank you for a great stay!
