Bedroom 5: 2 Twin size bed, nightstand, standing lamp, one twin mattress and closet space. Sleeps 3

Kitchen & Dining
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware included. Dining table seats 8–10 comfortably along with the large buffet table beside the dining table.

Spacious living room with two 3 seater couch, smart TV, and streaming apps. Family room/den with tons of board games and extra seating. High-speed WiFi throughout the house.

Other things to note
There is no access to the garage. It is locked, and we currently use it as storage. This is a residential area. Please be respectful of the neighbors on both sides, in front and behind you. Please refrain from excessive noise or loud music. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. We will charge a $200 penalty fee. The home is conveniently located near US 75,635 and I35. Close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. You’ll find Kroger grocery store nearby, and enjoy dining at local favorites like:

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, all the rooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, office, bar, and backyard. There is plenty of parking spots for the parking in the front and in the garage ramp. Only the garage is not accessible to the guest since we use it as storage and is locked.
