New renovation in Dec 2021- large and Modern style Big 5-bedroom house with Heated pool (upon request only - fee listed below). (Not a party venue home) 12 minutes to DFW airport , Gaylord hotel and convention center , Great wolf lodge and other sightseeing . New furniture , unique lights and more - perfect accommodation for your family trip or large gathering. Nice size Pool with two patios ( outdoor dinning and living ) Game room (Air Hockey, Foosball, Treadmill, and Classic Arcade Console table). Ideally located close to many great attractions! - Central to Dallas or Fort Worth.

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 9.30 pm - 8:00 am. Only Registered guests can stay overnight. Accurate headcounts must be provided at the time of booking. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. 6 cars is the max. If more than 6 cars, please ask the host to direct you to park at the entrance of the subdivision, which is two blocks away.
(4 cars on the driveway and 2 in front of our house only)

3. Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon request in advance only. The heater only accommodates the entire pool at 82-83 degrees. The heat fee is $80 per day upon request.

Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-83 degrees is possible within 8-10 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is below 40 degrees.

4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20 per person per night. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.


5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

This was a beautiful property. Has everything you could possibly need. 2 downfalls, the 9:30 curfew and the outdoor lights outside the kitchen didn’t work. Other than that, highly recommend.

Comfortable stay, and great location. Didn't realize we had to pay to hear the pool, daily, but that's okay. We didn't spend much time in the house anyways. We'd stay here again if we had large family vacation again.

The house was as good as the pictures we viewed when we selected the property. Great location… close to the airport and local attractions. We all enjoyed the pool…. especially my three grandkids. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Game room was enjoyed by all! We look forward to a return visit at some point. Thank you Christina for being a great hostess!!

We loved all the separate rooms and space this home had, including a bed on the main level for my elderly father who doesn't do stairs. Here for my son's wedding and so fun we all got to stay together. Host was quick to reply. .

This spacious, attractive, modern 5BR house easily accommodated our family consisting of 9 adults and 6 children. You do have to share 2.5 bathrooms, one being within the master. We paid to heat the pool for one day and it was very pleasant and warm. The pool area gets a lot of afternoon sun. Flower Mound is a nice residential city. Owners were quick to respond to our needs and questions.

Christina and Roy were great Host. House is beautiful, plenty of space. When getting in touch with them they were quick and on top of every thing. Would definitely recommend their home.
