Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beautiful luxurious retreat on quiet street. Great Location, Close to Airport, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Perfect For Large Families, Pool and Outside Living, Play Set, Swings, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Corn holes.


NOTHING like it in the DFW AREA! Perfect seclusion in the heart of DFW for large gatherings. Please message me if your dates are not available. I have other properties that might be just the right fit.

When you book our home, we will text or email you the customized door code in the morning of arrival. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay the best!

Important note:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes .

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

If you are unsure if your reservation abides by these restrictions please consult before booking.
This vacation home offer private pools. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. 3 Smart televisions.
Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers.

Pool is cleaned on Tuesdays or Wednesdays , pool guy will enter via back gate. Pool is not heated ,some debris can be in pool due to wind or rain.
One Security camera is in view of front door entrance / front yard , and another security camera is in view of the drive way /side yard only .

Nancy’s home was an ideal setting for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 young children. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a secure outdoor play area that the kids put to use everyday. The interior space allowed the entire group to eat and play games together without ever feeling cramped. Communications with our host, check-in/check-out were easy. We would happily stay here again for the comfort and location to the numerous activities our children enjoy.

Communication was great. Really appreciated the extra touch of Christmas decorations. Some play items in the backyard were in need of repair or replacement. The spa is not heated and therefore not useable in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the visibility of the backyard and pool from the living areas of the house.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. There were a few items in disrepair and a few missing staples in a typical VRBO kitchen. The space was great for our family gathering, but the kids’ swings were rotted thru and missing a safety strap.

Nany and her team were very responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay. We stayed for 5 weeks with my wife and kids, the backyard was amazing and had enough space for our kids to play all day. The house is very spacious and we enjoyed the neighbourhood and felt very safe. We did encounter some issues during our stay but Nancy and Christina would immediately respond and send someone over to take care of it which we did truly appreciate. . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay for our Girls Weekend Getaway. There were 5 of us and the accommodations were more than adequate. There were several issues when we arrived. The pool was not clean (debris and green algae), one of the tubs was slow to drain, one of the showers (the double bed en suite) did not have hot water- only to find out the the hot and cold lever was opposite of the usual and, lastly, there were several insects (wasp, flies and large water bugs) inside the home upon arrival. I contacted the host. We appreciated the immediate response of the host/ co-host. Unfortunately, there were no pool cleaner companies available that day, but the host appeared at the property. They cleaned and tested/ treated the pool and followed the instructions of their current pool company. They snaked the tub’s slow drain, so it drained properly that evening. The host was alerted about the insects. She stated that she would be calling the exterminator soon. Overall, the property accommodated our needs and had ample space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and was close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Again, we appreciated the prompt response of the host and rectifying the issues on hand.

Great for Family time

We had a full house. The kids loved the playscape but stayed mostly in the pool. The pool was dirty when we first arrived, but my son took care of that pretty quickly. The pool needs a lot of work. The tiles along the edges are falling off and the handrails to get into the pool are very loose. The house otself had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. As an earlier review stated the gameroom is just a pool table that is pretty beat up. The limited kitchen cookware did pose a problem, but we brought our own. We were planning on grilling for everyone. The grill is VERY small and no charcoal was provided. It took a long time to make food for everyone once we purchased charcoal. The rooms were very spacious. There were enough beds for all. The bathrooms were also spacious. It was convenient to have a bathroom downstairs. The 2nd bath tub upstairs did not drain so the master bath was really utilized. Overall, it was a great weekend with family. Thanks

The house itself was lovely. Location was good. The pool is in dire need of repair with tiles falling off and the pool vacuum hadn’t been used and didn’t work.Also, the downstairs air conditioner was not working. The temp downstairs was 78 deg and we were burning up. Lastly, the kitchen had very few dishes for cooking. No bowls at all. Definitely room for improvement.

Overnight trip with Grands

Overall we had a great stay. We took 9 grandkids down for an overnight trip to Fort Worth. There was plenty of space, everyone had a bed, and there were several restroom options. Spent a lot of time in the backyard. We were looking forward to a cornhole tournament but the boards and bags were not in usable condition.

Great house

My family really enjoyed the backyard area and the whole property was very clean and well taken care of! Great neighborhood quiet and easy to find. Extra nice that the house provided a baby gate and children plates and utensils.

Hometown Stay

Space- Plenty of beds and space for a larger party. Beds - All beds were clean with clean bedding. Not the softest of beds, but plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Bathrooms - Limited towels. Would have liked more hand towels in each bathroom. Hand soap in all bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all showers. Kitchen - appliances are great, newer. Drip coffee and Keurig machines. Ice maker in fridge. Basic spices available. Limited pans, baking sheets. Minimal bowls or serving dishes. Nice knife set and plenty of utensils. Only 1 hand towel in the kitchen - definitely not enough. No hand soap in kitchen. Dish soap and dishwashing detergent provided. 1 paper towel roll and a handful of trash bags. Outside - backyard was good for little ones. Pool is closed this time of year (January). All fenced in. As others have mentioned , the sign in the backyard from the behind neighbor is slightly off putting. Game room - just a pool table that is pretty run down. Missing some items and some pockets have holes. Cleanliness- this is my overall con with the property. It was not as clean as it could have or should have been. Baseboards, floors and walls could not have been cleaned well before our stay. Bugs in corners of ceilings with webs, heavy dust in areas that must have sat for a while, cracks in walls. It gives the impression that it’s clean, but not deep cleaned between stays. Left over food splatters on cabinets/walls.

Wonderful Home Cozy!!

We really enjoyed the entire home! Pool table was fun!, got to see our kids play! Played Sorry on the Lrg dinette table, parked in horseshoe driveway, toilet room great to have downstairs!, loved all the blankets!!, 1 large fan was great for noise to sleep easier!, loved the Master bathroom-was HUGE!!!, took baths with my grandbaby! And he played in the bunk room off the Master for GMA and grandbaby time!! Books and a movie! We loved the backyard and that the pool was gated off.
