Other details to note:

- Guest Access: Entire house except the garage and a locked owner's closet in the primary bathroom.
- Pet needs to pre-approved. Pet fee is $200.
- Pool heating is available when ambient temperature is between 50 and 80 degrees (Fahrenheit). Advance notice of 24 hours is required. Pool will be heated up to 90 degrees during the day. Using the spa will pause pool heating; heating will resume when the spa is turned off. Pool heating fee is $150 per day (2-day minimum). Payment must be received in advance.
- Spa can be heated to 100 degrees (Fahrenheit) when ambient temperature is above 32 degrees. Limit spa us to two hours at a time as pool and spa share the same filtration system and using the spa will pause the pool filtration. Spa heating is complimentary for two hours daily. Please request via message 30 minutes in advance.
- Specific arcade game titles are subject to change based on maintenance needs and availability.
