Newhouse Mansion sits on three beautiful acres in Dallas Texas, hosting a basketball goal, trampolines, pool with hot tub, and a game room with pool table. Throw horse shoes on the the side of the yard or play foosball in the game room it’s plenty of space for families to enjoy and a portable pack n play provided. This Location is also great for Business Retreats, Strategy Planning Meetings. The inside of the resort is very open, airy and spacious with great natural light. A Library/Reading space with books,
a upper outdoor deck, the night sky perfect for stargazing.. Newhouse Mansion is equipped with WIFI for entertainment and business convenience. 7 Bedrooms that sleeps (18 )must book for 13 or more to get all 7 rooms. 12 guest or less gets room 1-6. There are 2 additional sofa sleeper as well, lot's of warm extra blankets for a cozy sleep. 5 Full Bathrooms. To access the Guest Quarters the 7th bedroom, you must have 13 or more people for price to be inclusive. Otherwise, there is an extra fee for the 7th bedroom which hosts 2 Queen beds, a refrigerator and bathroom with shower.. only 6 visitors allowed. We Do Not Allow Parties, DJ's or Events. Per DeSoto city ordinances. We offer 3 hours a day of complimentary hot tub heating , a Barbecue grill and a wonderful pool with extra towels provided, where you, your friends, Business Associates and family will make memories to last a Lifetime at Newhouse Mansion. About our Space: Newhouse Mansion is located on 3 Acres of Land, Bring your Family, RV, Boat and Horses! Conveniently located only a few exits away from Uptown Center Mall, Lots of restaurants, Shopping and grocery on Pleasant Run and 1382 in Cedar Hill, Texas. Seventeen minutes from Uptown/Downtown Dallas, Tx and The Art District without traffic, Less than 25 minutes from Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars, American Airline Center, Texas Ranger Globe Life Field, SMU Moody Coliseum, Gerald J Ford Stadium, The Cotton Bowl, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, Texas also conveniently located less than 30 minutes away from all Airports, Sports Arenas and fifteen minutes to Joe Pool Lake with entrances to the Cedar Hill Marina or Grand Prairie Marina. For your safety and the safety of our property we have outdoor surveillance cameras that overlook the entire perimeter of property front and back. Friends and I flew in for a football game. We were greeted by the most gracious host ever. She answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was the most comfortable ever. She suggested places to eat and to be entertained. She even gave us directions to short cuts around town. Even baked us treats before we left. Thank you Kessa.

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host. Huge home with all the amenities- pool, hot tub, game room, comfy beds, plenty of parking. Nice quiet neighborhood with anything you’d need within a couple minute drive. If you need a larger home don’t pass this one up. 5 stars!!!

The New House Manor is filled with love and it is evident as soon as you walk in. There is nothing inaccurate from the images and the area is fantastic. The pool was very clean and all the bathrooms and eating areas were clean and welcoming. You will not regret booking here!

This was our second stay at this house. Thank you so much, Newhouse Family, for your hospitality! We had a group of 10 staying there, and we had just as good of a time as we had last year. The garage was a favorite hang out spot for us. Communication with Kessa was terrific before and during our stay, and we hope to be able to return again next year.

Wow! What a week! We were holding a national sales meetings with individuals from all over the country, and this house was everything we were hoping for and more. There was plenty of space for us. The house had everything we needed (good kitchen, ample lounging area, games in the garage and outside, etc.). The owners' family lives close by and was available to us throughout our stay, although we didn't need anything because the house had everything we needed. This was a great stay, and we hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful and elegant. The decorations change with the season, so it might not be exactly what you see in the pictures but it’s still very nice. The property manager was very attentive to us during the visit.

If there is one word that comes to mind when thinking about my experience at Newhouse Manor it's love. The attention to detail at the property, the response time from the host, and even helping us get settled upon arrival, all made me and my family feel very welcomed as guests. Kessa , our primary host, has a true servants heart. She was extremely patient and accommodating in her dealings with me even under a huge time crunch. The house has all the etceteras one may need to be comfortable during your stay. We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday and we have lasting memories that were made at Newhouse Manor. Five Stars all the way!

This property was clean, well-kept, spacious, and perfect for what we wanted to accomplish this weekend! plenty of bed space and places for people to relax undisturbed from the rest of the group. The location was a little bit inconvenient the purpose of our stay, but that was purely poor decision making on our part! overall the house is perfect for a gathering large groups of friends and family.
