Loop is an immaculate brand new house built in 2024, luxurious and comfortable place to stay in Princeton Texas, close to Dallas, Allen and Mckinney metropolis. A charming craftsman style design offering spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a car garage to accommodate 2 cars and 2 cars in the driveway. Chic living space, fully kitted kitchen, utility room, loft space, dining area, rear garden, and comes with free wi-fi, smart TV + Netflix and parking.

A charming, spacious and modern living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in a new modern desirable area with a lot of communal amenities and facilities, this House is perfect for a memorable getaway. Book now for a remarkable experience.

The first level features a large living room and a kitchen with built-in features, kitchen island, pantry, and solid surface counters. The kitchen is fully with appliances such as dishwasher, electric range, electric water heater, disposal, microwave, and refrigerator.

The second level has a very large primary bedroom with en- suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with ceiling fan and walk-in closet, and a loft.

The flooring is carpet, luxury vinyl plank, and tile. The interior features decorative/designer lighting fixtures, high speed internet, open floorplan, and walk-in closets.

★ Pets – Requires permission. No pets are allowed without permission. We do charge extra for each pet per stay depending on the breed. If the guest would bring in a pet unannounced they will be charged extra or asked to leave.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

Guests will have access to all the spaces and facilities in the house.

Great clean place was happy with everything except the pool wasnt built yet and the playground wasnt finished either. Was highly upset about that for my kids . Was great ither than that

This is a huge Condo/ Townhome. Quiet , Safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The living area is very clean. Our group was two grandkids 3, 7 and 5 adults. Everyone had there own bed . The host was very helpful with our stay and never interfered. This place is exceptional and definitely recommend. For Loacation and price , you cant beat it!

Plenty of room and well equipped. Chose it primarily because of its location. Just 5 minutes from our Texas family. Worked out perfectly for us.

I was familiar with the area so I knew about the location before booking. Convenient to McKinney and surrounding areas. Only has a front yard so something to keep in mind when booking with a pet. The area is still under construction, however I didn’t notice the noise being an issue.

This was a great deal, we booked last minute because of an event and it was spectacular. Great value for money, responsive and helpful hosts (there were 3 members of the hosting team attending to our needs), lovely interior decor, smooth check in check out process. We wil definitely be booking again.

This house was perfect for our stay. Easy location, great interior decoration, very large rooms. I really can’t fault it. The host was helpful, the house was large enough to fit in 9 people (with permission from the host). Free internet and free car park. I will definitely recommend.
