Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 5.7 miles from DFW Airport, 12 miles to downtown Dallas, and 10 miles from the AT&T Stadium.



In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 1.5 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 2.5 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 12 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 12 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!



You’ll also be 6.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. - ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -



Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.



- CLOSED BEDROOM -



The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests.



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.



- NO SMOKING -

No smoking inside the property

- POOL -

Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



The pool can be heated for a daily fee of $150, with a minimum requirement of 2 days.

- The kiddie pool doesn't have strong jets but has bubbles-



-The landskeeper will go once a week-



- Security cameras -

For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.



- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.



- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -



- The garage is remodeled as a game room. -

Pool house is used as a storage, guests will not have access to it.
