We are thrilled to welcome you to our inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. With breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas, this modern luxury retreat provides everything you need for a perfect and stress-free stay.
The combined living and dining area is furnished with LED lighting and contemporary furniture that surpasses expectations. The bedroom offers a private sanctuary with impressive nighttime views. Large windows allow abundant natural light to fill the space, complemented by warm wooden floors and finishes that create a welcoming atmosphere.
**Bedroom / Living Room:**
This charming 1-bedroom space features stylish interior design and carefully selected amenities, ensuring comfort and versatility.
- 1 King-size bed in the bedroom and 2 King-size beds in the living room, all with luxury foam mattresses, pillows, linens, and sheets.
- 65” HDR Smart TV with Netflix in the living room; 55” HDR Smart TVs in the bedroom.
- Work desk, office chair, shelf space, reading lamps, and a pool table.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals.
- Microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with essentials, kettle, and sink with hot & cold water.
- Trays, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, mixing bowls, and measuring cups.
**Bathroom:**
The private full bathroom is separate from the main room and stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.
Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $25 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $200 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $300 per pet.
Please note that the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.
