Have fun with the whole family at this fully renovated place. Located just minutes from SH 121 and I-75, very convenient to get to any part of DFW. Only 15 minutes drive to McKinney downtown, boutiques and antique shops. Abundance of great restaurants near by and plenty of fun places to shop. Our area is extremely safe, pets friendly and close to everything.

House was clean and as pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms are upstairs. AC worked well. Back driveway is tight down the alley so if you have 2 large vehicles it could be hard to get both in the driveway but plenty of room on the curb if you needed to park on the street out front.

Our stay was comfortable. Plenty of room for all the kids. The master room and bathroom has a major slope going towards the middle of the house. Maybe that's typical for the 2 story, but it was far more noticeable in the master. The front yard and backyard need some maintaining. The neighbors yard across the street is a real show stopper! No access to use the garage which we did not know was locked off to us but it was fine. The street parking is super tight. We have an large SUV which we did not want to get hit on the street and backing it up the driveway was a real doozy! Rena was great and very friendly when booking and would stay again if in the area.

Older home with updates in an ok suburb neighborhood of McKinney. It worked for the quick stay we needed. Only thing that bothered us were broken blinds in master bathroom in front of shower.

Holiday Rental near Family

Rented this place over the Xmas holiday. Nice clean, 2 story home, with 2.5 bathrooms. Fenced in backyard was great to have for our dogs. We would stay here again.

Visiting Family in Texas

We stayed several weeks at this property and we were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were cozy, and bathrooms were clean (and large). Although a busy neighborhood, it was easy access to shops and parks. The host was very accommodating and touched base with us often.

Birthday on Santa Fe

It was nice enough inside. It was cold adn the thermostat was difficult to adjust. We were always cold. WBFP was advertised (picture) but it was not functional. Gas fire starter key was absent. Parking was difficult. Room only for one in the driveway. Perhaps two small cars might have fit but we alll have SUV,s so we parked in the narrow street. We had a good time because it was a sedate b-day party for 4 of of us. We are all over 50, as of last week.

Nice place and centrally located

Overall nice place but there needs to be a little maintenance. Something is leaking above the back patio and the blinds in the master bathroom need replacing. We showered in another bathroom because the blinds had several broken slats so it would be easy for someone to see inside. The neighborhood is very conveniently located but a little crowded and noisy (kids) Overall nice place and great location

Beautiful property!

This property was amazing!! It has every amenity you can think of including a washer/dryer. Clean, roomy, comfortable, quality furnishings and well-stocked kitchen! Everything about this stay was easy. We will definitely book again next time we are in McKinney! Wonderful and responsive host too!

We were so pleased with this accommodation for our family as we came to Texas for my niece’s wedding. We had 7 adults and one child. It was clean and in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to any stores we needed. Was as listed and we would book again if in the area. Thank you!

Family Gathering in McKinney

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Our extended family was able to all be together for lots of quality time at this home. Clean, safe, and well outfitted made it all extra easy and special. Easy check out as well. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Birthday Trip

My family had a wonderful time in this spacious rental. The backyard was a nice size for our dog to play. The location is convenient to some areas of shopping and restaurants. Pros: Nice space,Wifi, cleaning & cooking supplies, full size washer & dryer and updated appliances. Cons: No fans upstairs except for in the Master bedroom, we had to bring our own tvs for three of the four rooms but it was one downstairs and in the master.

Beautiful accommodations

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in McKinney for a business trip. It was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our Hostess Rena was very responsive. Close to restaurants and a quiet neighborhood. A few things I would recommend to make it an even more enjoyable stay is a provide a full length mirror, add more towels (there were only 2 in each bedroom), leave a garage door opener and backyard needed some attention. We had a smoker who sat outside and the grass was pretty high. There was a gorgeous crepe myrtle in the back that we took pictures next to. I would recommend this VRBO to my friends! Thank you Rena for your hospitality!!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My son got married in the area. The property was large enough for 8 of us to stay there and entertain more family staying in the area. It was clean and Reyna answered all questions promptly.

Very spacious and close to everything.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and even got to check in hours early. Communication with Rena was exceptional. She got back almost immediately with any issue we had. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very close to anything you need. House was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we came upon were the sheets were not cleaned and there was dog hair in them. She offered to come change them immediately and apologized numerous times for that.
