Unwind in Frisco at this lovely house. With 5 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 futon, and 3 queen beds, along with 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, and 1 1/2 bathroom, guests will feel right at home. The property boasts heating, AC, an iron, washer/dryer combo and more for added convenience. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. We also have extra blow up queen mattresses upon request and extra linens and bath towels. Shampoo, conf and body wash available. There is also a loft are to accommodate the blow up mattresses. Pool and jacuzzi are cleaned weekly. Beach towels, floats, and games are available and air pump. We are 2 miles away from Target, Marshalls, Tom Thumb, Ranch 99 and many restaurants. Convenient location for those visiting the Star, PGA, World cup and upcoming Universal Studios. The Stonebriar Mall is 2 miles away and The Legacy is about 3.4 miles away. The Star is 2.9 miles away. Toyota Stadium is 4 1/2 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our holiday family reunion. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing spare toiletries in case we forgot anything, which was such a nice touch.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably, and we never felt crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located near shopping and major highways. It was also close to a golf course, which my husband enjoyed visiting a few times during our stay.We also appreciated the games the host had available—they added to the fun and made the home feel welcoming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this property again if we’re in the area next year. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give a review above 5 stars for this listing! We stayed here with family and friends who were attending my daughter’s wedding 10/10/25 and it seriously could not have been more perfect. The convenience to the wedding venue, shopping, & highways was fantastic. With the wedding venue being only 15 minutes away, my guests were able to come help with setup and then go back to the house to get ready for the ceremony and with groceries being so nearby (not to mention a kitchen very well stocked with utensils and appliances), we were able to ensure that nobody went hungry.There was more than adequate space for everyone and literally every aspect of the booking was flawless. From initial questions for the hosts before booking to every communication during and after our stay, the hosts rapid response was impeccable and I cannot say enough great things about them or this property. They most definitely went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular for such a special occasion. It was fantastic to come back “home” after each night of craziness and unwind in the hot tub or swim in the beautiful pool before the craziness began each day. Thank you again P & E for having such a wonderful home to share and for your hospitality, kindness, understanding, and special accommodations. Again, I cannot thank you enough!
