This townhome has been completely renovated from the ground up! Ideal for long-term stays as it’s located in a gated community w/ free parking & high-speed internet. It will give you a cozy farmhouse feel, yet modern touch. Just 2-mins of driving and you'll hit 2 major freeways (635 & 75). Commute to popular venues, museums, high-end shopping malls, delicious fine-dining, and many more! A 6-min walk will take you to the city’s Dart Rail where it will zip you to all the beautiful sights of DFW.
The space
The combo code to assess the unit changes very frequently for your safety. So be sure to stay connected with the host upon check-in. The home has 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms (a full-size bathroom upstairs and a half-bathroom downstairs). The beautiful home is ideal for long term stays w/ free parking, high speed internet, a fully functioning kitchen downstairs and a full-size laundry room upstairs. All guest are allowed to use anything the townhome offers except the storage room downstairs. This room will remain locked at all times during your visit. The townhome sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably, with the exception of a full size pull out sofa-bed.

Note: A carbon monoxide alarm is not on site because there are no gas lines on site.
Guest access
Our townhome is based in a secured gated-community that requires a code to enter. To limit face-to-face interaction and the spread to Covid-19 a combination lock is provided for easy check-in and check-out from the townhome. A mailroom key is also provided for long-term guest that needs USPS services (Amazon/UPS/FedEx packages are delivered at the door). All guest are more than welcomed to use the community pool, which does not require a key for entry.

We take pride in following all of the guidelines Airbnb requires with the unforeseen issue with COVID-19. Please know that your health is our top priority during these odd times.

The convenience of our home does come with downfalls as we do face an accessible main street which has minimal road noise. Unfortunately, our HOA does not allow tenants to have pets but the pet-friendly community (unit owners) will give you the occasional meet-and-greet which we love! Don’t worry though as they all highly respect your privacy. Additional fees will accrue if pets are discovered during your stay. $500 plus $25/week of the duration of your stay. Our Google chrome cast operated 65 inch television can be connected easily with any electronic/mobile device. If you need further assistance please follow the instructions via YouTube as they explain it so much better.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to a creek, open fields, and share walls. Upon your stay, you may encounter nature creatures such as birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, roly polies, raccoons, skunks and silver fish to name a few. We spray around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature. Therefore, we do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
