No AC. Atrociously filthy and unkept.
Was told the day before there isnt any AC on the first floor. Was given the option to cancel or deal with it. No suggestions as to how to fix the situation. Only when I suggested getting some fans did the host suggest I go to home depot to get some. He eventually ordered some to arrive on day 2. The home is in a great location but was filthy. Bug carcasses everywhere. An odor throughout the home. Carpets were filthy an had a black film along the edges everywhere. On the floor next to the bed upstairs we found what appeared to be PUBIC HAIR trimmings (see pic). It was atrocious. The house was also generally in dissaray. Loose and stray floorboards downstairs, and loose outlets hanging off the walls. We had to constantly make sure our 2 year old was not near said outlets/floorboards. When I confronted the host he initially showed concern but once the stay was over and I shared the pictures of our stay he has since ghosted me after i started asking for a partial refund. No response and no follow up. This was the worst experience in a rental we have ever had. Outside of location this place is a dump. Do not stay here.
