The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with established homes and families. Please note there is currently some construction along Naaman School Rd, the main road leading to the house, which may cause minor delays when arriving.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, with the exception of the garage, which is not available for guest use.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers multiple living spaces, a fun game area, and a backyard built for outdoor enjoyment. Whether you are visiting family, exploring Dallas, or simply looking for a place to unwind, Berrywood Stay provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:
-Primary bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV
-Second bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle
-Third bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV

This layout works great for families, small groups, or friends traveling together.

🎮 Game Room and Sitting Area:
As you walk into the home you will find a welcoming sitting area that connects directly to the game space. This area includes a foosball table and a wet bar, creating a fun place to relax, play games, or spend time together.

🛋️ Living and Dining Spaces:
The main living room provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day out and features a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen and dining area are located nearby, making it easy to prepare meals and gather around the table.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen at Berrywood Stay is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, whether you are making a quick breakfast or cooking a full meal.

🏊 Backyard with Pool and Spa:
The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests can take advantage of the private pool and spa, outdoor seating areas, and an electric fire pit that is perfect for evening conversations and relaxing nights outside.

🚗 Parking:
Parking is available in front of the house as well as in the rear driveway where up to two vehicles can park. The garage is not available for guest use at this time.

The easiest way to get around is by car. Major highways are nearby, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. There are residents on either side.
This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway and alleyway. All are actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
