Very disappointed

Please do your homework and check the neighborhood out before renting. When we arrived, the cleaning person had just left, and there were ants crawling all over the counters. We had to keep all our food in the fridge because they were getting in to everything. Not only in the kitchen, but upstairs bathrooms too. We were only able to get in/out of the unit thru the garage. The “smart” lock on the front door was broken. The fan/light in the master bedroom did not work so it was like being in a cave. There is a window in the master, but they are building more units right behind the window, so zero privacy if you open the blinds. The fan in the spare bedroom did not work. The kitchen has the minimum essentials. Freight train across the street from the unit which passed by 2 mornings at 5:30. Owner finally offered to refund 1 night stay for all of our inconvenience, and only credited a partial nights day. Very disappointed to say the least.

Misleading listing- cannot use fire-pit or fireplace

Fireplace and Fire-pit are not available for guests. The property description prominently included “watching tv over the fire pit” on the balcony (this language has since been removed) and several photographs of both a fire pit and a fireplace. These features were the reason we chose this property over several others in the area because of the cool weather forecast. However, only after arriving did we discover that neither of those features were available for our use. When the owner was contacted, he responded that the fire features were not available due to safety concerns, but we were not informed until receipt of the check-in message , which is too late to cancel. The listing language was misleading , but appears to have been removed. Unfortunately the photographs still show the unavailable fire features.

Cozy & convenient

This is a new development located conveniently in Plano. Clean & comfortable designed furnishings. Some loud traffic noise from highway but tolerable.

Great place, very clean

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Raliat (owner) was very responsive and her property kept very clean. We will definitely consider staying again while visiting the Dallas area.

Spacious

We were in town for our nieces wedding. More than enough room for husband and 3 adult children and myself. Great central location for us. Some fun shopping close by (Sheels) for when we had some down time. Only slight problem was ....we were asked to park in the garage, we had a large SUV and it barely fit. We had to park on an angle. Not a complaint just a heads up. Place looks just like pictures. Extremely clean!
