Do NOT park in any other spaces aside from yours, all parking spots are reserved!
*There will be a $150 replacement fee if clicker is not returned*

Other Things to Note:
The designated smoking area is on the upstairs patio near ping pong table. The rest of the property as well as the unit remain non-smoking. Violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, per occurrence.
