The Room was in the perfect location to everything we intended to see and do during our stay. Thee place was clean and comfy. The host was very responsive and had clear and easy to understand check in instructions

Good place to stay and in short distance of Rangers stadium which is all we needed! Host was also very quick and helpful with check in!

June 7th Weekend

Came into town for a concert. Had a great stay, the place was bigger than expected which was nice. Easy and quick communication was very much appreciated.

Very clean and beautiful, communication was amazing and even checked on me throughout the visit to make sure my experience was amazing… Highly recommend will be renting again in the future.

Everything was clean, organized, and streamlined. The owner was super friendly and helpful. In very close proximity to all of the locations we visited.

The check-in process was very easy and the person operating the VRBO was quick to responf to any questions. The only negatives were that the shower seemed to be broken and the towels were all dirty.

Very comfortable

The home gives that home away from home feel. Having two TVs made it easy for the kids to watch tv & I watched what I wanted. The layout is truly huge! Kitchen was equipped with all the things. Enjoyed my weekend!

Comfy bed and super convenient to the att stadium where our conference was held. Perfect for cowboy fans this fall! easy in and out once load the kick system. Owner was great with communication. Guest parking directly beside the building so not far to walk. Wish we would have had time for the pool that’s just across!

Great stay

Good stay. Close to Att stadium. Pool wasnt opened for the year yet. If we would of known that,we would of stayed some place else. We were specially looking for a listing with a pool.

The property did not meet the cleanliness standards expected upon arrival. There was a noticeable odor throughout the unit, visible dust and dirt buildup, dirty blinds/windows, spider webs and debris on the patio area, and overall maintenance concerns that made the space feel poorly prepared for guests.I documented the issues immediately and contacted the host right away. While the host eventually responded and offered to send cleaning staff, this was hours after check-in and after I had already cleaned parts of the unit myself and purchased additional supplies just to feel comfortable staying there.I appreciate the communication afterward, but the condition of the property upon arrival significantly impacted the experience and did not reflect the quality advertised in the listing.

Easy location

We stayed for the Big12 championship game and the location was perfect in proximity to the stadium. The host had outstanding communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo does need a bit of TLC, but nothing that made the stay any less fun. Had plenty of necessary items if you want to cook, we did not. Thanks for your accommodation!

Smell, water, and dishes

The whole place smelled like weed. The water took a good five minutes to heat up. The dishes that were put back in the cabinets still looked dirty when we got there.

Arrived right after check in cleaning lady was still there for another 15-20 minutes after we arrived. Whole place smelled like weed, smoke alarm beeping constantly. There were ants coming from the bathroom sink. Tried to contact property manager alleged that someone would come out to spray, never happened.

This was the most disgusting VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in! First off, it’s at an apartment complex and the pool was not even open to renters like the listing said it would be! Second of all it said “sleeps 5” but there is one queen sized bed and a regular couch. The bed had a massive indent/hole in it which is unsafe for elderly people or anyone in general and there was visible black mold on the bathroom window. Additionally, the laundry pods were empty for the washer. There were only 3 towels and zero hand towels. When we arrived, there was trash in the trash can, cleaning supplies still out, the mop in the closet was dirty, there was a corn dog box on the counter and dishes in the drying rack. The place smelt like stale weed and was NOT CLEAN! And none of the windows had intact screens. I don’t believe it is even legal to sublease an apartment as a VRBO either, every uber driver we had said it was not allowed at this complex. The shower was difficult to operate and not clean as well. We changed our flight to come home early to avoid more mold exposure. There was also no Roku hooked up to the TV’s but there was Roku remotes. Unacceptable do not rent from these people !
