Noted by Dmagazine as the "chicest" Airbnb in Plano. This modern townhouse is in the thick of the Plano action at shops at Legacy. Interior design is all Cantoni modern furniture. This is the perfect place to stay for business travelers.

The Space:
It's got the wow factor. Pictures do not do it justice.
Walk to shops, restaurants, theaters, and corporate offices. Super convenient by car to major DFW destinations like ATT Stadium (35 minutes), Downtown Dallas (30 minutes)..

Guest Access:
All of it is yours, including the garage to park. we have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Legacy and the new Legacy West are at the center of a boomtown. There are tons of places to eat, drink and party all within walking distance. This is really one of the best located townhomes in the area.
This is however a residential area and is not fitting for wild late night parties, yes it looks like you'd want to host one here but not appropriate.

This property is located near shops and restaurants and they are all in walking distance. The decor in this townhouse is great as well. We will visit again.....

Nice location, nice home, but needs maintenance

Nice property and location. Walls are dark brown & none of the blinds upstairs were working -they were electric so unable to open. The balcony door in master bedroom was blocked with blinds so very dark. Master bedroom shower drain was blocked, called few times and was delivered with Draino - no plumber. Several lights / bulbs not working. The property needs maintenance review, too many things not working. Also, dealt with more than one person so was not sure who is responsible. Asked for any inconvenience discount and they were to reply to me, spoke to two individuals, have not heard since.

Modern place and well kept

The home itself was really nice and has been well kept! The only problem I had is that the tv in the master room and or kitchen didn’t work! And the other bedrooms didn’t have any TVs Other then that everything was fine and located in a great location and very quite!

Very easy on and out. Property had a cool vobe and was very comfortable. Super close and walkable to legacy shops and renaissance hotel which was convenient for our business conference we were attending. Communication super quick and thorough.

Very unique stay, great location!

Enjoyed staying in such a unique and nicely furnished place. It was perfect for 3 ladies on a business trip and was great being walking distance to so many restaurants. Will stay here again if back in the area.

High End in great location.

Overall this place is a winner. Technology abounds with whole house sound system and satellite tv. Garage is a plus, but several great restaurants within walking distance.
