"概ね良かったが、下りのエスカレーターが無いのは不便だった。 私は2階のお部屋だったが、2階から1階に降りるのに、わざわざエレベーターを待つのは煩わしいと思うので、エスカレーターがあったら良かったなーと思った。 若くて元気な方は気にならないでしょうけれど、高齢で足に痛みを持つ人間にとっては辛かった。我儘な意見ですけどね。エレベーター待てばいい話なんですけど。"

"ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。 食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。"
