Welcome to Changes in Latitude by Lake Martin Vibe! "Nothing remains quite the same" at this beautiful, two story, lakefront home with 4 bedrooms, bunk area, and 3.5 bathrooms, located at The Point at Lake Martin. When you first walk in the door, you are greeted with a bright and spacious kitchen with a dining area AND a beautiful Lake Martin view of the water! The main level has a king master suite, a half bath close to the kitchen, and a large living room area with a wood burning fireplace for cozy nights. Just beyond the living space is a breathtaking veranda looking out over the water with a bed swing and rocking chairs to sip margaritas on. If you're craving a cheeseburger in paradise, the veranda also has a grill with a dining area and stone fireplace for extra outdoor ambiance. With so many Lake Martin hot spots close by, bringing your boat to Changes in Latitude should be a no-brainer! Just tie up your boat on the private boat dock when you're done with your day on the water. No boat, no problem! There is a paddle board, a water trampoline, and some fishing poles to enjoy during your stay.

The top floor of this home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, 2 bathrooms, AND a loft bunk room with 4 bunks. And get this - each bunk is equipped with its own TV! There are plenty of games and activities to keep everyone in your group entertained. You will definitely want to make Changes in Latitude a repeat vacation spot for years to come. Book today because Jimmy Buffett would want you to!

Changes In Latitude is next to Lake Happy in the event that someone needs to book multiple properties close together.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

This house is just as advertised. It is in a beautiful, secluded spot a few miles outside Custer. Perfect location to do all the fun things in the hills and relax at the end of the day.

Great house and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of outdoor seating, both on the back porch and also the dock. Several floats also available for our use. Beds were all comfortable. Appears bedroom closest to the loft area only has a double instead of a queen bed according to family members who stayed in that room.

Beautiful Hose on Lake Martin

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this house! It was nestled off the main part of the lake with other similar houses. It had an uncovered dock and plenty of water toys (trampoline, paddle board, kayaks) which we were grateful for. The house itself was exactly as advertised and while the driveways were small for the house size, they had overflow parking at the top of the street. We would definitely return for another trip!

Changes in Latitude was ideal for our large family. We loved the huge, open layout. The porch was exceptional and the extra amenities (pellet grill, kayak, paddle board, etc.) just added to the experience. I would definitely recommend Big Fish Rentals and Changes in Latitude!
