Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, located in Dade City! Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably!

The Space:
The first & second bedroom both feature one queen size bed each. The third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds, making this home great for groups of friends or for a family stay.

The kitchen is perfect for cooking & includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need. The living room is a great place to relax with a huge leather couch and reclining chair to relax in. The home has a 65 inch smart TV in the living room and reliable, fast wifi for every guest to enjoy!

We provide Hulu and Hulu Tv for our guests, so there is tons of movies and shows you can watch while also getting to enjoy your regular tv stations!

*This property is a condo/town house style home* It is not a detached unit. Entire space is about 1,100 sq ft.

*The dryer is currently not working and under a warranty claim. We apologize for the inconvenience and rates have been adjusted to reflect this*

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer

There is one parking spot available in the front of the home, you're allowed to park a second car on the grass. At the end of the street there is a cul-de-sac for additional parking.

- The home is located 1 minute from the Advent Health Dade City ER.

- Less than 10 minutes from any necessary store you may need such as Walmart, Walgreens and Publix which are all in the same location for something to eat.
