But other aspects of the hotel were also great. The room, the included breakfast, and the staff were all wonderful. They really care about you and bend over backwards to make you happy. "

"Mi esposo y yo nos hemos alojado varias veces en el hotel Dalat Plaza. Siempre disfrutamos mucho. Está muy bien ubicado con una vista bellísima hacia el centro de Dalat. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y cómodas con todo lo necesario para estar bien. El personal habla inglés y son atentos. El buffet de desayuno es magnífico. Tiene comida vietnamita y también para el gusto americano. Les recomiendo las habitaciones que tienen vista a la ciudad. Les encantará!"

"Beautiful hotel from the lobby all the way to the room! The staff (Wade in particular ) were so warm and welcoming. The staff showed us to our room and then they brought in our luggage! They are so thoughtful! One morning we had to leave early for cloud hunting and Wade prepared for us food to go since we would not return on time for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was always wonderful with great selections for everyone! The lobby is a great place to hang out, with the staff offering...

"Habitación agradable, aunque sin smartTV... Y una mancha en el baño… Evidentemente este hotel no vale 130 euros la noche, NO HAN ESTADO A LA ALTURA. De los hoteles más caros en Vietnam y el peor servicio… NO LO RECOMIENDO. Le pongo 1 estrella porque para la calidad del hotel la atención no es la correcta. Las habitaciones están en villas apartadas, como una urbanización pero en diferentes manzanas (tienes que cruzar calles), no en un mismo edificio. Con lo cual para ir al desayuno tienes que ir...

"A fantastic place in a beautiful part of Vietnam. I could easily see this place being the same in the 40s and 50s and liked the fact that the old fireplaces had been made into features in the room instead of hidden. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they have a moped rental service at the hotel for a very reasonable price. "
