VOG-1.01 - Vogelsand 1 Apartment Complex

Dear Guests,
You’ll be staying in a cozy Frisian house that features four apartments. The ground-floor apartment, which is approximately 49 m² in size, includes a sunny west-facing terrace with its own beach chair, additional patio furniture, and a parasol, as well as a private parking space directly in front of the house.

The fully tiled apartment features two modern bedrooms with box-spring beds (sheet sizes: 140 cm x 200 cm and 180 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen area consists of a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a convection oven with a conventional oven and a large ceramic cooktop, a separate microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a four-slice toaster. The refrigerator has a 3-star freezer compartment. A full set of dining and cooking utensils is provided in sufficient quantities.
The cozy dining area rounds out the kitchen area.
The modern bathroom with underfloor heating features a shower and toilet. A wood-burning stove adorns the comfortably furnished living room, which features a flat-screen TV, satellite TV (teletext), a stereo system with a CD changer, a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, and a comfortable upholstered sofa set. A hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and an iron with an ironing board are provided. Feel free to use the games and books available. Wi-Fi is available.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site. 
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
