The apartment spans two levels, connected by a half-spiral staircase.
Lower level: Separate coat closet in the entryway. Cozy and bright living room with a wide window front, double-bed sofa, TV armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, and CD player.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in closets and has direct access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower (no step).
The fully equipped kitchenette also features a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Upper Level: A spacious, comfortable bathroom with an illuminated corner bathtub, vanity, and hair dryer. Excellent radio reception thanks to large speakers.
A tastefully furnished living area with a writing nook invites you to relax, watch TV, and read. The ideal spot for the girls—but not just for them.

The south-facing balcony, furnished with furniture and a windbreak, is accessible from the lower living room.

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
